It allows users to earn interest on deposited assets and borrow against their deposited assets without intermediaries. The protocol is designed to be composable, efficient, and secure, enabling developers and users to access core DeFi primitives in a trustless manner. Key features include: * 💧 **Lending & Borrowing**: Users can supply supported assets to earn yield, or borrow other assets by providing collateral. * ⚖️ **Overcollateralized Loans**: All loans are backed by collateral worth more than the borrowed amount. This ensures the protocol remains solvent, even if borrowers default or markets become volatile. * 📈 **Dynamic Interest Rates**: Interest rates adjust algorithmically based on market demand and asset utilization. * 🛡️ **Liquidation Mechanism**: Under-collateralized positions are automatically liquidated to maintain protocol health. ## **Why SUI?** SUI’s high throughput, low latency, and object-centric programming model enable a smooth, scalable, and developer-friendly DeFi experience.
